The Bulgarian scientists said, an alien or aliens already here on earth among us. They even claim to have made contact with intelligent beings outside the earth's. "Alien is there among us, and watching us all the time," said the Bulgarian scientist, Lachezar Filipov, told Bulgarian media.

They claim to work to solve the complex set of symbols that is sent to them. Now they're working on. This was said by a scientist from the Space Research Institute Government of Bulgaria.

They claim to have answered 30 questions that have been sent an alien. Lachezar Filipov, deputy director of the Space Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, confirms the results of that research.

He said the research center has analyzed the circle on the field 150 (crop circles) from all over the world. They think that will answer the question.

"They are not hostile to us. They want to help us, but we have not managed to establish contact with them directly. "

Mr. Filipov even say, the Vatican agreed that aliens exist.

Human beings can not establish contact with aliens via radio waves, but through the power of the mind.

"The human race will have direct contact with an alien 10-15 years," he said.

"They are critical to human amoral attitude disturbing the natural process," he said.

Publications about the alien was held in the middle of the debate on controversial roles, feasibility, and the reform of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Last week, the issue has sparked debate between the Finance Minister Simeon Djankov and Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov.

The First 'Space Station of The Sea' in The WorldIt looks more like a Starship Enterprise drowned in the sea - but this is a big ship can be the future vertical sea exploration. Called SeaOrbiter, large 51M (167ft) structure is set to be the world's first vertical which allows the ship men's revolutionary view of life beneath the surface.

Although currently only a prototype of the inventor Jacques Rougerie think that the international oceanographic stations will soon set sail. Mr Rougerie ship to be sea space station scientist gives insight into the little-known world beneath the sea.

"At this moment, they [oceanographer] can dive only for short periods before they must be brought back to the surface. As if they were taken to study the Amazon jungle and then helicoptered off again after an hour," Mr. Rougerie told The Times.

"SeaOrbiter will provide a permanent mobile presence with a window to what lies below sea level."

Architect, the homes and houseboats office, wants to start a half-dozen ships.

By the time he said he had half of the € 35 million (£ 32 million) that the cost to build the first, and confidence to find the rest.

The SeaOrbiter also be a useful tool for studying the relationship between global warning and sea. Mr Rougerie, 64, said: "It is only in the last 50 years that we have found that there is a season under water, with flowering plants, with deserts, forests and intense life.

'The food and medicines in the future will come from the sea. We are now beginning to realize that the oceans have a major role in the delicate balance of our planet. "

When that happens there will sail the first six crew members, six scientists and six more people on board - this may be an astronaut training in extreme conditions or doctor submarine study of human behavior. The SeaOrbiter will drift silently over the sea - navigation equipment, communications equipment and a deck alert will rise above sea level.

Below the water level will be a pressurized deck for divers to conduct daily missions over a period of months.
"There will be a training ground, because it is very important to practice sports, entertainment with a video player on each bed, and sweet foods. I'll do the cooking herself, and I'ma good cook", Mr. Rougerie added.

Collison anti-ship based on the system used by the International Space Station. Mr. Rougerie sure that the ship would be built. "A year ago, it was 50-50," he said. "Now I would say that 90 percent sure."

The project was mentioned by President Sarkozy in a speech this summer and has won support from companies such as DCNS, the shipbuilder, and Thales, defense electronics group.
